Operations Manager

Caroline York grew up in West Chicago, IL as the youngest of 5. After attending Wheaton Academy she went on to receive her BA from Taylor University in flute performance. Caroline has held a number of different positions during and since college ranging from the Music Director of WTUR, to managing a restaurant before finding her home as a member of the Earl team. She began working for Dr. Earl in June of 2020 and is currently the Operations Manager for both Midwest Rehabilitation Institute and Active Health and Restoration.

She enjoys writing music and spending as much time with her nieces and nephews as humanly possible. You can find her most weekends performing either alone or as the singer for the jazz band, Vintage.
